Description
This is the gold plated brass head bezel ring for my 3D printed silver torch project.
It screws onto the main torch body and retains the TIR lens.
The finished lights specifications are:
A Cree XM-L U2 mounted on a 16mm copper board,
Shining through a Carclo 10003 20mm TIR lens,
Driven by an uprated 3.04A 8xACM7135 multi-mode driver set to low/medium/high with memory,
Powered by an AW IMR 16340 high discharge cell,
Controlled by a tail mounted mcclicky switch and extra sprung silver switch cover. The switch cover holds 6 off 2x6mm tritium vials.

Hi, I am a part time designer, 3D modeller, engineer and machinist who specialises in torches (flashlights) and EDC (every day carry) items. My goal is to help 3D printing flourish into a widely used manufacturing process beyond it's current perceived limits.
