Need help in finding your ring size?

Please use this chart for conversion of US and Canadian number sizes to the "Wheat sheaf" system of letter sizes used in Ireland, U.K. Australia, etc. Diameters and circumferences are also given in both inches and millimeters. Please note that these measurements are exact for the American system and approximate for the other sizing scales, since the intervals in each system do not correspond exactly.

Note:

Silver comes very bright and shiny. The ring displayed was oxidized and hand polished.

You can do this yourself using common household bleach. Pour some bleach in a glass bowl, swirl around for a few seconds, remove and rinse. Bleach works very fast. You can also use hard boiled eggs, the sulphur gas given off by a hard boiled egg will oxidize your silver. It takes a couple of eggs (warmer the better) smooshed up in a baggie for this little amount of silver and more time than the bleach. Then of course, you have the pleasure of cleaning the egg off of your piece and polish it partial with a sponge or a towel.
