Description

Buran (in Russian meaning "Snowstorm" or "Blizzard") was the first spaceplane to be produced as part of the Soviet Buran programme.

The spacecraft completed one unmanned spaceflight in 1988, and was destroyed in 2002. It remains the only Soviet reusable spacecraft to be launched into space.

This is a detailed Buran model representing many outer details of the spacecraft. In order to achieve the best results, it is advised to paint the model.

The model has four round recesses on the bottom and one small hole, which are intended for attaching the spacecraft to the Energia rocket - the louncher.

The Energia Rocket is a separate print which I will publish in the nearest future.
