Twin Pipe Snorkel Regulator with swept back pipes

by Artiz Design

  • Twin Pipe Snorkel Regulator with swept back pipes

Description

9.5mm inner diameter for use with slimmer 10-13mm pipes

The twin pipe snorkel regulator is a snorkel mouthpiece fitting which is used in conjunction with two rubber hoses and conventional mask/snorkel retainers. It is the development of a snorkel regulator for Spearfishing and Freediving which allows the user the ability to release the mouthpiece automatically when submerging, dropping conveniently under the chin. It also allows the user to remove the diving mask, which... when connected to the twin pipe snorkel remains conveniently in place around the neck. It is compatible with most existing silicone snorkel mouthpieces. For further information please see http://forums.deeperblue.com/threads/twin-pipe-loop-snorkel-diy.99148/

IMPORTANT: This updated version does not have a cavity or chamber like traditional snorkels which makes purging more direct and controllable. The pipe arms on this model are swept back.
